The biggest advantage is the central location. The downsides include a very small room (no bigger than the bed), a very humid atmosphere inside the room and a limited choice of breakfast. The people working in the hostel are nice, but mostly speak spanish (though we managed with the little spanish skills we have).

This hostal is a few blocks from the main square in Salta and around the corner from many shops and restaurants. The staff speak English and are happy to help you find your way around. Wifi is good and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was disappointing - just bread and spread. I didn't feel I got enough...

Such a shame, had such potential. Our first night (when there were NO other guests) was quite peaceful. However, the second night was painfully noisy - all night. Other guests and staff (!) shouting all hours, with no consideration for other guests. Shocking behaviour from the staff themselves. The wifi is intermittent. The breakfast is stale, dry pastry. The shower...

Yes this is a basic hostal. The fan in the bedroom is noisy but necessary. beds are fine and clean. The staff are very helpful and welcoming most seemed to speak English. Breakfast is adequate. The location is ideal for visiting the main square etc. There are nice restaurants nearby. In summary it's a good location and fine for the...

We stayed at Kusisa for two nights. It's OK, although the bathroom needs some maintenance. Our bedroom didn't have A/C and the fan was very noisy. The beds are not so comfy, but for two nights, was OK. Breakfast isn't amazing, but it was very tasty. People who worked in the hotel was very kind and friendly

We stayed in Kusisa for 4 nights and its was ok. The rooms are basic but clean. The breakfast was nice (the best croissants ever!). We had a bit of a trouble with the language, as we don't speak Spanish, and the people in the reception don't speak much English, but in the end and with good will we managed...

We stayed in Kusisa for a week and every day was a pleasure. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but very clean and well kept. There is a nice little courtyard to hang out in the sun or to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and there is an almost endless supply of coffee, tea...

We stayed here for two nights in a private en suite bedroom and we were very nicely surprised by the quality of this hostel. It felt more like a small hotel than a hostel, it was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and it was ideally situated a few minutes walk from the main square. I'd definitely recommend it!
