We stayed with Fido for one night and wished we could have stayed longer! He was so welcoming, we learnt a lot about the local history and his passion for the area during dinner with him. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, with kitchen facilities and a cosy living room too. Breakfast was included, plus lots of tea and bread...

If you are traveling along the Valles Calchaquies route, this is a must stop along the way. It was a highlight of our trip to Argentina and I hope one day we will have the opportunity to return. We travelled through the province of Salta spending one day here and two days there. At Fido's and Berta's place we spent a whole week. We really enjoyed it there.
