I am glad the hotel is undergoing renovation. It should have been done long ago. The exterior building, landscaping, and internal conditions are deplorable. The server in Azul Cafe states, “The refrigerator is on the fritz.”

Yes, it is only a block or so from Light Rail & maybe 2 or so to Arts Center. try using google maps and zoom in to get a feel for the area. It is HOT in AZ so beware of walking more than a block or 2 in summer!!
