I was so surprised when we arrived, (because I booked this lodge on Airbnb) that it was part of a hotel! It's a great private little collection of lodges, very secure, with its own gate, and you have full access to the hotel amenities including free WiFi, the pool, and restaurant…
Iguazo is a spectacular place to see, and therefore it is understandable that the town and people are completely taken over by tourism. There are many hotels!!
I found the Esturion mostly good.
First appearances and the room seemed well worn and even a bit scruffy in places. Howe…
Quite a nice place to stay for a few days. 3 days in Iguazu is maybe one day to much, but ok. The hotel kitchen is not good, but breakfast is acceptable. Although it feels a bit dated the hotel I clean and the staff are nice.
Within a wonderful park, the hotel has nice views and is well kept and pleasant. The rooms are clean and the beds are fine. Decor is dated and could use a refreshing... However I would go back without hesitation. Breakfast is great also!!
The overall experience was good. The receptionists are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable but don't expect fancy, the bathrooms are old fashioned.
About the food: the breakfast is all right in terms of variety. The pool service is very go…
"Don't look under the bed- there are tons of spiders, which is par for the course in the jungle!"
"As fork one looking left as you stand in front of the hotel facing it in order to avoid the disco."
"Rooms with a river view are newer."
"The bedrooms were beautiful and we were very comfortable there. "
"Ask for a balcony"
