We arrived in Puerto Iguazu sick, very sick. We found the staff unable to help us. We had to reach out to a taxi driver to take us to a doctor. The rooms are adequate. In fact, ours was quite large. However, the rooms are old and need to be updates. My husband spent time by the pool and purchased...

I've been travelling in Iguazu a couple of weeks ago, picked this hotel on internet and could not be happier. Since the arrival Graziela at the reception was very welcoming and really professional, the first room choosen was on the ground floor after a carefull check they offer me 2 other very good option making me very happy. Staff, Services,...

The staff from the swimming pool was very rude with my 2-year-old daughter. No apologise, no comprehension. In Argentina generally the service is very bad, because it's very difficult to fire an employee, so the staff just do what they want and nobody is responsible.

This hotel is a big and busy organisation pervaded by many day-to-day tourists. Once the cascades visited the guests are gone. Our room was a neutral space with sufficient service, clean and proper. Meals mostly buffets.

It is typical of hotels located near natural wonders to present themselves as much more than they really are, overcharge guests and do not show any care of any kind, for there would always be guests anyway - this can be verified here at this EXE branch! Location is simply prime, on the highway between the Falls on the Argentinean...

We've stayed at the hotel cataratas several times on trips to visit the Iguazu Falls. The hotel is about what you'd expect in the jungle. It's pretty nice and the rooms and beds are comfortable. The wifi works great in the lobby areas and it's spotty in the rooms but that's ok as we're here to see the falls not...

The room was nice and clean. But you could here every noise from the floor. People at the reception couldn't speak english except from Gustavo which has spoken english fluently and was very helpful. Unfortunately he was the only english speaking person I meet in the hotel. Most of the time the free wifi wasn't working and was very slow....

The hotel in general was quite nice. Sadly the WiFi quality was absolutely horrendous, sometimes WhatsApp messages could take several minutes to be sent and watching a video, even in very low quality, was completely out of the question. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you like having a decent internet connection.

A few things. Ultimately, this is a perfectly fine place to stay. Rooms are clean, service is good, very well located. However, the dinner buffet is robbery - the buffet's price isn't indicated anywhere, but it's twice as expensive as ordering off the menu, and not as good. The chicken milanesa is quite good. Excellent service. The internet is awful....
