As the title say, nothing about this hotel is 4 star. We picked this hotel based on being a 4 star hotel and from having generally good reviews on Booking. Wow, we were disappointed. I don't know what the 4 star is coming from, but the pool was dirty, clearly hadn't been cleaned

the hotel is really well located, just in front of the main Avenue, where there´s a bus every 30 minutes, going to the town or to the Argentinian side of the Falls.
Is not a luxury hotel, but the relation, Price-quality was very nice.
Before going there i read that the breakfast

The hotel is in very poor condition and in serious need of a refurb. We arrived late at night and were put in a run down room, with paper thin walls. We asked to be moved to another room to be told that the hotel was full. The staff on reception were incredibly rude. They miracul

A good located hotel for visiting the Falls, but everything about the hotel is average, room, bar, restaurant, breakfast, evening meal! Staff good and helpful. Bathroom poor, view and pool area nice. Not much more I can add.
Would look elsewhere if visiting this area.

We were happy with our room but because of low occupancy the restaurant only offered one main per night . The food was adequate & reasonably priced but it would pay you to have a much better meal in town. We did this a lot but taxi rides were quite expensive. Limited English spok

Hello, I will stay in your hotel and I would like to ask your advice on how to best organize Iguassu fall sightseeing in really short time (two half days) and to do this from both sides – Brazil and Argentina. I am arriving to Iguassu Falls Airport on Sat. May 2 at 12.28 and Depart also from Iguassu Falls Airport on Sun. May 3 at 14.46 Which part should I go first – Argentina or Brazil? which requires more time? Is there a taxi or bus from airport directly to the Falls/ Argentina?? If yes – how long does it take? Does Brazilian taxi go to Argentina side? Or how should I organize this? Having in mind that my flight back is at 14.46 - will it be enough time in the morning to see falls from Brazilian side? Does hotel have any transfer services? Thanks in advance and looking forward to receiving your answer and advise. Best regards, Audra, Tourist from Lithuania
Hola, buenas tardes!
