First of all, Iguazu Falls is the most spectacular place I have ever seen and the Argentina side is much better than Brazil. This hotel is small and sweet and comfortable. Location is nice in downtown rather than on the highway like many other hotels. Very close to the bus station. Breakfast is pretty good. There is free wi-fi. Rooms... More

After staying at the Sheraton in the park for two nights we decided to spend some more time in the town of Iguazu. Since we had not booked ahead and were traveling with family members who were backpacking we decided to join them at their hostel for a night (Peter Pan Hostel - Not recommended!!) . We wanted to move... More

While visiting my son in Jan. 2011 (who is living in Paraguay) we travelled to Iguazu Falls and had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Jardin de Iguazu. Great location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the bus terminal. Beautiful hotel with an open courtyard and pool! Very clean! Big and very nice bathroom! The staff was gracious.... We stayed four nights at the Hotel Jardin de Iguazu. This quaint hotel is located in the city centre of Puerto Iguazu on the Argentina side of the famous waterfalls. If you want to see the falls from both Brazil and Argentina, this hotel is in the perfect location. More time is needed on the Argentina side to appropriately see... More

Stayed 2 nights with a friend and had a wonderful experience. If you do not speak any Spanish it might be little uneasy BUT Manager, "Bob" (Don Roberto) and his staff went out of their way to try to understand and did quite well with what we were trying to say. Hand signals work well. Very friendly, nice, quite and... More

We spend there one night as part of the package so we cannot comment on the price but the rest was very good. Nice small, quiet hotel with family atmosphere. Staff was friendly, rooms not too large but clean. Hotel seems to be newly built or fully renovated.

Hotel Jardin de Iguazu is a great place to stay, as others have noted. What really sets it apart is the staff. As the manager noted, it's not the number of stars on the outside of the hotel but rather what goes on inside and all the staff demonstrate this attitude.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Jardin de Iguazu for 3 days/2 nights and greatly enjoyed this hotel. The hotel looks amazing inside and outside. The rooms/bathrooms are new (or at least look that way) and so is the rest of the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel truly feels like a resort, with its flowers, greenery, and pool/waterfalls. The... I went to Iguazu falls for two nights with three other girlfriends, we are all in our mid-30's and this was the perfect hotel to stay it. It's right in the middle of the cute town of Peurto Iguazu, with nice little shops and great restaraunts within walking distance. The bus station is also nearby. We purchased a tour to... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to bus station, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were helpful. Good breakfast selection. The room is on the small side but it is adequate for our two nights stay. You can tell that the manager cares about the place and ensures guests are taken... More
