The hotel has a ramp (a bit steep) and 2 rooms on the ground level. We stayed in 112 as my wife uses a wheelchair. The room has a roll in shower which is great (wall mounted shower head) but the bedroom is a little small for a wheelchair. You would have to leave the room or enter the bathroom...

Dear, very good morning, thank you very much for your comments, I loved it. !!! Well, I must say that the hotel is already 7 years old and it is the first time a person comes in a wheelchair, yes, yes, that is the reality, you are right, the room is small for the wheelchair, sorry so much. We stayed for 2 nights, got a room with two separated spaces. It was good but a noise from a pool was disturbing. There was no hot water in the shower, and the stuff tried to fix it and after one hour they moved us to different, bigger, room. Breakfast was as expected - cheese, ham, fruits, pastries.

Hi, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, they are to analyze, you seem to be annoyed by what happened in your room, which is true, broke a hot water tank, an electrical problem, something that can not be foreseen, I'm very sorry. The detail is that you went to a very large apartment with a whirlpool,...

We arrived after a stay in Buenos Aires and really welcomed the peace and tranquillity. There was a lovely, small pool and sunbathing area, with feeders nearby, visited by hummingbirds. The bedroom and bathroom were large and kept very clean and amenities, e.g. safety deposit box good. We experienced slight problems with Wi-Fi in the room but were able to...

Location is convenient - short walk to restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable but fairly compact, not a lot of space. Breakfast is fine, fairly standard but they will cook scrambled eggs on request. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that we were able to arrange a slightly later check out, in line with our flight schedule....

Hello, very good morning, thank you very much for the comments, they are excellent. !!! Yes, you are right, the location is very convenient, being in the center makes everything so close and easier. With regard to air conditioning, remember that in Puerto Iguazú, we have at least 9 months of summer and also, for your safety, it is not...

Hotel was just a few blocks from the bus station and many restaurants and gift shops are in the area. Wonderful plants made the interior courtyard and swimming pool feel like a large garden. There were waterfall features behind the pool. Hummingbird feeders hung outside the dining room. The hotel had caipirinha drinks available after 5 for those who wanted...

Hello, very good afternoon, thank you very much for your comments, lovely. !!! Well, we always invite some welcome drinks, caipirinhas, it's a classic Brazilian drink, it's very relaxing and refreshing. With regards to the location, yes, it is very good to be in the center, very close to everything you need, but the most important thing is that it...

Very centrally located in town but not on a busy/noisy street. When we checked in for 3 nights and had requested and had confirmed a large bed we were informed that the reservation was for only one person. The difference I suppose being breakfast included. When the manager, Roberto (aka DiNiro), was contacted he said it was no problem and...

Dear friends, very good afternoon, here writes Roberto, but not Robert De Niro, hahaha. Many thanks for the comments, I loved them, they are excellent. It is true, your reservation said one person, but when arriving they were 2 people, it is not usual that we do this, but you deserve to have a good stay and I think that...

This is a modern, boutique hotel close to the Falls & surrounded by a good selection of shop & restaurants. Our room was clean & modern. Our room was located on the first floor & facing the swimming pool & sounds of the water feature during the day provided a special ambience. There are no lifts, but the owner &...

I had no issues staying here for 3 nights while we spent two full days checking out the falls. We enjoyed being close to many eateries, we walked to the monument of the sight of three countries from the hotel, it was a descent hike for the heat we endured. We were also so close to the bus station which...

Hi, very good afternoon, thank you very much for the comments, I loved it, even with the complaints, I think it has a good predisposition and I like it. The hotel is very centrally located which means you can walk into town. As most people visit to see the Iguazu Falls it is an ideal hotel.
