I am not going to repeat facts that others already wrote. Yes, sheraton is in good location, and it's very easy to walk to take a look at mighty falls before herds of tourists (you can head out at 0800, while others will get there...More
I would definitely recommend Sheraton Iguazu because of the perfect location. Everything else is secondary. Rooms were nice and renovated. However we had around 8 (short) power breakdowns on one evening. Also the internet was sometimes not working or very slowly. For the indoor pool...More
This hotel is ideal if you have a short amount of time in Iguazu. You are also able to visit the falls early in the morning before other tourists arrive.

We didnt go to Paraguay but if u land at Brazil side I would consider staying at least one night in the amazing Belmond Hotel if u can afford (around $500 pn) - it is exceptional - read my review! Then you can take a car to Melia on Argentine side and stay there too - that is the side for boat rides. Read my review. The car passes passport control (no problems) and trip took around 45 mins I think - check Google Maps!
