The pluses first, are the staff, Christina and Fabrico are wonderful and booked taxis, gave us tips on the city, a recommendation of a place to exchange our USD on the blue market and are lovely people to engage...

From the moment the lovely, smiling Alba opened the door at Palermo Republica I felt at home! I stayed here for 8 days in April and loved my time here. The location is just perfect, while there are many other amazing neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires, for me none quite have the magic of the colourful, vibrant streets of Palermo! I...

Right in the centre of Palermo. Bars at your door step but on a fairly quiet street. We got one of the rooms with a balcony which was enjoyable to sit out and watch the world go by. Room was clean but basic. Don't expect luxury and you won't be disappointed. It's a 10 minute walk from Plaza Italia metro...

I stayed in republicapalermo for one week. Its location is perfect, safest place in BA. Apart from that it is in the heart of BA nightlife, cafes and design shops. A lot of supermarkets nearby in which you can find everything you want. Close to subway. In addition, in front of it there is a bus stop where directly goes...

This was a great deal for such an incredible location in Palermo Soho. The rooms are modest but we hardly spent much time there, given all there is to do in Buenos Aires. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating with our early arrival and supplying everything from umbrellas to outlet converters to make our stay more enjoyable. Also...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
