This hotel is located in the recoleta neighborhood. Which is a great location. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms and bathroom are nice. The breakfast was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and let us check out at 7pm so we had access to our room before our 11pm flight. Definitely would recommend...

I went to Buenos Aires for business and stayed at the Park Hyatt, and it was all I needed. The hotel is centrally located, very close to Recoleta, one of my favorite places in Buenos Aires. The restaurants at the Hotel are very good and in one of them you can sit outside in a beautiful garden. The service is...

Local brought me here for beers, and it was beautiful. I think it's the only remaining "palace" that's not an embassy etc. Great service, but I didn't try the food. Heard they have an amazing wine tasting deal.

Unfriendly staff - Mostly the menhad no attitude of service, the women staff in general are very supportive and take care of the guest - Beware of the GOAIA restaurant: Expensive and very limited in Menu options, instead go to Puerto Madero(20min) drive

When I was a child I used to go to this prive home very often as one of my friends, Lary, lived there with her family. The owner, her grandparents, lived in what I call the middle of the house. They had a very big reception where all the parties took place. The rest of the house was divided into...

The Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires is perfectly located, an excellent combination of traditional with a bent towards modern with exceptional facilities and staff. The common areas display an art collection that changes with the seasons but with center pieces that are world class. The rooms are modern and very well laid out for both the business and family traveler....

This property is very Lux and is walking distance to many attractions. There is a super cool bar at the back of the property. It looks like a antique French place. The woodwork in the bar is spectacular. Breakfast in the main dining room is excellent!

This is the best area in Buenos Aires, known as Recoleta! The hotel has magnificent great rooms where you can enjoy breakfast in the palace part of the hotel. It is a mixture of new and old. Very much enjoyed this hotel. Stayed in both the newer side and the palace side. Can't go wrong either way. Service was excellent. Not much more to add that hasn't been said. We would stay here again when we are in BA. Within walking distance to numerous sites and restaurants.

Staying in Recoleta

Neighbourhood Profile
Recoleta
Characterised by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighbourhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centred on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
