Stayed at this hotel when I was in Buenos Aires for business. Very friendly and helpful concierge who helped me with several things I needed. I took a bigger room which was very nice and spacious. It's close to many restaurants and the area is very safe. I would definitely stay again when in BA.

I had a 5 day stay for business in May 2016. It was an elegant hotel with a small but tasty breakfast buffet and very fine dining menu. The rooms were neat and decorated with contemporary appeal. Not the warmest of staff but overall a good experience.

We had two stays here in February 2017, separated by two weeks. During the first stay one of the three tiny elevators wasn't working. Two weeks later it was still out of order. Two small lifts isn't enough for a property of this size. Having said that we had comfortable stays. The bar area is nice and the breakfast was...

This was our first stay at Hotel Madero. The location is great, right in the trendy Puerto Madero neighbourhood, walkable to cafes, restaurants, bars. The Hotel was clean, had friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a well placed hotel for us on our first visit to the city. We walked and used the local taxis to visit the places that our limited time allowed us to visit. Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
When Hotel Madero was being designed, we wanted it to reflect the style and sophistication of the Puerto Madero neighborhood we call home.At Hotel Madero one of the main challenges with the design of our hotel in Buenos Aires was to be able to incorporate functional diversity with space unity, to provide for flexible usage of the space and to integrate each area easily.Hotel Madero Buenos AiresThe Argentine studio Abulafia Figoni Prado was hired to do the interior design of our hotel in Buenos Aires. The project incorporates current and evolving spaces, places where people really want to stay and to feel comfortable in their environs. The intention was to design a hotel in Buenos Aires with atmosphere, generating a rich interior architecture through a suggestive way of illumination, and combining rich materials and textures so that each of the spaces has its own identity. The acquisition of the contemporary art is also very significant. Paintings and sculptures were incorporated, most of them from local artists ... more   less
