Loved this hotel! Location (Palermo Soho) was perfect and staff were extremely helpful (particularly Romina). Romina gave us loads of information and even helped me out with a local hairdresser. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a balcony. it is very close to pubs, bars and shops in Palermo Soho. At the end of our stay, a male...

The front desk staff were very welcoming at all times. Our room no 54 was really clean, spacious, great King sized bed that was very comfortable and nice balcony with room for 2 of us and a table. The breakfast was included and pretty good (we disagreed with other reviewers who said the breakfast was mean, we didn't find this...

We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and got scammed. When the taxi driver was leaving, we realized that we gave him 3x more than he should have and walked into the hotel just furious. The lady at front desk was amazing and calmed us down. She told us to try and step away from this situation...

We stayed during the hotest days in BA in December and the pool was dirty the whole time. The receptionist told us that the pool person couldn't find the right chemicals to clean the pool. They ended up draining it after a few days. Bring your own plug adaptor because the hotel staff didn't have any.

The hotel is located in Palermo Soho, considered as a safe area in Buenos Aires. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, spoke English and accommodating. Our party of five stayed in a Corner Suite and a deluxe room, both were clean and modern. Although the room rate of the Corner Suite is much higher, the deluxe room is as good...

We stayed in this Boutique hotel 6 nights for our honeymoon. Initially there was a error in our booking with a 2 beds room. However the staff was very reactive and accommodated us in another king bed room. English speakers are mainly the reception, they are very helpful in giving you the best advices on where to go. The location...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days in December 2013. The location is perfect, a few blocks from the subway and Santa Fe street. Within a few blocks there are several great restaurants including Don Julio and La Cabrera(Argentinian steakhouse). If you're young and want to go out, Plaza Salerno is within walking distance and a fun area to...

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and really loved it. Very modern clean, good breakfast and very friendly/helpful staff. There is a nice rooftop with small pool and jacuzzi for relaxing as well. We loved the Palermo area and walked to some great restaurants!

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
