Slightly overpriced for what you get. It is the Hilton so expected a little bit more. Staff do their job but not over enthusiastic. Clean and the location is good and always felt safe even though just anyone can walk in and take the lift up to rooms. Room service was average. Very stale bread when we asked for a...

This hotel is located in a developed dockland setting. The hotel from the outside looks like a docked ship with a big Hilton on its funnel, inside the atrium has cabins surrounding it. The rooms ( non - executive) were outstandingly comfortable, styled and equipped. The bed and pillows, beyond reproach. The service , excellent , especially the concierge desk...

I appreciate your comments about your stay with us. Great to know that you liked our service and facilities, especially the architecture, including our iconic atrium lobby, which is the center of activities of our hotel and many times the venue for art exhibitions. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Normally, I wouldn't be caught dead in an American chain hotel in another country. But, when travelling for business, you get what's in the travel list and that's that. However, the Hilton in Puerto Madero was just wonderful. Handy to the office, and handy to the double decker tour bus stop (2 blocks away), easy walks to restaurants, parks and...

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful rooms (at least on the executive floors). Very comfortable. Good walking in the area. Lots of restaurants. Very safe. Excellent Concierge service. Very good Happy Hour in the Executive Lounge in the evening. There is a lot to like about this hotel! And very little to improve on. As a senior frequent sleeper I had amenities like...

I stayed at the Hilton Buenos Aires in the middle of summer so the outdoor rooftop pool was a great amenity. In addition to offering nice views of the city (including the Casa Rosada), the pool area was expansive and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The pool was well kept but by the end of the day, it had...

This Hilton hotel is in the Puerto Madero area of Buenos Aires, which is absolutely lovely. Traffic free, unlike the rest of Buenos Aries, clean, safe, lots of restuarants, bars and cafes. The hotel itself is modern, huge atrium lobby, 9 floors, the top two are Exec Floors, with a large Exec Lounge on the 8th floor which over looks...

This is a relatively new hotel in the recently developed area in an old port area of the Platt River. There are several nice restaurants nearby and across the "tango bridge" in the rehabbed Warehouse District. Internet is free in the lobby. The desk will give you one hour time limits and the lobby waitresses give out 30 minute internet...

Thank you for the feedback and delighted to read you had a great stay with us. The area of Puerto Madero is indeed very attractive for walking and sightseeing, while enjoying the view of the old warehouses on one side of the docks and the newer architecture on the other. Look forward to welcoming you again soon to our hotel.

A truly beautiful hotel with dramatic 9 story courtyard topped with glass roof. It is very close to many fine restaurants in a very safe area . Hotel security is very prevalent . Comfortable, efficient, bustling, and clean. Found rooms spacious and club level had a nice outdoor patio. Service was friendly and helpful. The lobby is always pretty crazy but layout can handle it. Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
