Great hotel with modern rooms, beautiful lobby, helpful staff and bartenders. The executive floor rooms were quite spacious with large closets and bathrooms. Ideal for a longer stay. We had a room facing north (I think) with nice views of the river and the neighborhood. There's a decent amount to do along the canal and some good restaurants in the...

It location on Puerto Madero gives great access to some of the city best restaurants and the proximity to the Costanera provides with a variety of jogging routes. The rooms are large and comfortable with modern furnishings. I stayed for an event hosted at the hotel and its conference facilities are equipped to handle large volume of people.

Business trip with two other colleagues. We received a warm welcome at check in. Front desk recommended a restaurant for dinner and reminded us of the reception in the executive lounge. The area is great with lots of restaurants and shopping within a short walk.

Great upscale hotel and excellent staff. We would stay here again. Just wish we had more time to spend on this visit. There was a large business meeting going on, but the service remained very high. We have stayed at other hotels in Buenos Aires, but none measured up to this hotel.

This hotel continues to get better with age and experienced staff. The management must be excellent. When I first stayed here in 2000, only the first three floors. Over the following weeks, the other six floors were completed and opened. sorry to see that my favourite concierge has retired. Carlos would be about 76 years old now. Over the 16-year...

Although very expansive, tall and wide, the hotel lobby is very welcoming. The staff are always polite and most helpful. The small eatery has fresh snacks and ideal quick lunches. The hotel business facilities are well equipped (albeit quite expensive). The room are large and clean. The roof top terrace is ideal for soaking up the sun and views of...

One of the best hotel in Buenos Aires. The view was excellent. The hotel was right down town. Lots of restaurants near by . Right on the water front. Walk to shopping area. Walk to the river and parks.

Staff was friendly, fun and efficient. The rooms are very nice, and comfortable. A few things held this back from being truly excellent though. Housekeeping didn't replenish the shampoo, conditioner and body wash during our entire stay, so we had to request it on day 3. The temperature of the water in the shower was inconsistent, it would go from...

We spent one night at this hotel after a long flight and travel delays. While not large, the room was comfortable and the bed inviting. Room service was quite good. The hotel staff was professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time and we appreciated being notified a couple weeks before our arrival of this fact...

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
