Hard to more succinctly say it than terrible. Reserved it based upon photos and other reviews five months ago. Got to hotel and room would not be ready until 3 or 4 pm. Ok- that is not a surprise. When we returned at 5 we found the hotel room was half the size in the photo, with two twin beds...

Clean rooms (even thought the building is old), quiet hotel, good breakfast (last time it wasn't that good as previous but still really good) and unbeatable location. It's definitely not a 4 stars hotel as they sell it but in Argentina is like that: 4 stars means 3

I booked at the Colón because I stayed there about six years ago and was satisfied. However, on this instance I left being absolutely certain that it would take a lot to convince me to go back there, especially having walked next door to see the beautiful and well-kept Hotel Panamericano in pristine condition. Basically, the hotel has been left...

This place is not what all advertises claim to be !. Dirty and smelly rooms , worned out forniture , noisy , and a claimed 4 stars hotel that barely reaches a 2-3 stars in reality !! Avoid it if you can !

Centrally located . Stayed there for 14 days in standard double bed room .nice heating system in place . Spacious rooms and big windows. Good ventilation. Staff has good behaviour too. Cons : no bell boy is there so if you are like me having five heavy bags be papered to carry to all by yourself to 9 floor. This...

I stayed in this hotel once in 2014, and found it very reasonable: good price, reaonable quality room, good breakfast. So I decided to stay there again in 2016, since it is very well located and I love the city. The hotel is not as welcoming: they gave me a very small room, with an old bed and old towels....

Below average room, slow internet (couldn't even send an Excel document over email), and non-helpful employees (wouldn't call me a taxi)...but you're paying $40/night in the middle of BA, what did you expect? I usually would never stay here, but until oil goes back up to $70 a barrel this is where I'll be. I was here for a work...

This hotel is tired and old. The breakfast was poor. Dirty and chipped glasses and dirty tables. V central and the staff are so lovely but definitely too expensive for the state of the hotel. Felt like a hostel. Amazing views over the BA sign. Opposite the teatro colon theatre.

Despite criticism I've learnt later, I was lucky to be lodged in a good room (only patches of peeling old paint on the ceiling); wifi worked nicely, good bathroom w/ bidet and tub. I had a safe and a tiny fridge in front of a heater. By the way the front door had to be slammed to lock (a nuisance).

First of all pictures are far from reality, rooms are very small, hallways are smelly, room doors not working properly, customer service the worst, not at all customer service oriented, the only good thing and that's why I gave 3 stars is for LOCATION, is exceptional located.
