What a lovely hotel!! We stayed for one night before flying home. They let us in to the room at 10:00 am, where we slept for a bit. The room was 102, a sort of penthouse suite, with a double and two singles, a small sitting room and a small verandah. It was really clean, though very slightly worn, wifi...

I had read the other reviews and would have been scared off this location. Sounded run-down and in a dangerous location. We still stayed there because my daughters school has chosen it for the best location and value, and my daughter was staying the night before I arrived. (she's in Argentina for a year for school and has stayed here...

Stayed there and liked it a lot! The hotel looks nice from outside and better inside. The room I've stayed had a decent size and was great. The bathroom was clean. They served a great breakfast everyday. Wi-fi connection was not so good. The staff was helpful and gave us great tips about places to visit and where to find...

Hotel is conveniently located in downtown BA. Facilities are dated but rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good as well. Overall the price of the hotel is fair for what you are getting.

This hotel is what I expected...a nice, clean place to sleep. The rooms and the TVs are very old. The shower leaked, as did the faucet, and there was constantly water on the bathroom floor. While this hotel is definitely due for a facelift, the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. They called cabs whenever we needed one, made reservations...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious, clean but everything was a bit outdated, or overused, specially the bathroom. The faucets and shower worked but were old and lacked water pressure. Breakfast was great even though the restaurant was under maintenance. Location is great and theres a parking lot with cheap reates right across the street in case...

“although our rate did not include a free continental breakfast, we had the breakfast all three days and it was quite nice and at 60 pesos per person the price was right. also, two other non related couples from our cruise ship also stayed here for a few days. good choice for all.”

“Not room 84. Seems like a well-worn dorm room with 2 single beds. Like other comments here, you balance the value - so this is still good if you get a great price. Unsure how to judge other rooms, but we also stayed in 101 and it felt like the Penthouse! (I think it was, top floor and walk up a few stairs). Had a sitting area leading up to a room with a queen bed, then an additional room with 2 single beds. Bathroom roughly the same as the other (needs to be torn out and replaced, but clean) - needs a facelift but fully functional. In spite of this large room - one towel was provided. Staff very helpful to accomodate any requests thought.”
