I was surprised to see the room was different than their online photos. It was a simple room with a bed and a small table under the TV. The sheets had stains of blood probably, the tiles in the bathroom were broken near the bathtub, the window was just decorative since all he noise could come from outside. I needed... More

We were a party of 4 adults and we stayed there for two nights while waiting to board our cruise ship. This was back in March of this year. We had arrived about 3 p.m after flying for over 15 straight hours from Canada. It had been a long day for us as we had left home the day before.... More

I stayed at the hotel in January for three nights with my group of 25 travellers. As I am the person who is in charge of the trip. I had a lot of complaints from my companions. Mostly about the staff; some of the reception staffs were unkind to help us with the very basic things such as wifi password,... More

I booked two rooms, double basis for my family, during my wedding in November. When we arrived at the hotel for check in, late at night (around 11 PM) (Note that the check in was available from 11 AM of this day) the concierge at the hotel told us that they had lost one of the two reservations and they... This was a pleasant enough hotel, but it wasn't exceptional. We were disappointed by the small rooms and weak water pressure. I did enjoy the decor in the common areas. In my opinion it didn't rate the price. Good location in Recoleta. Didn't eat at the hotel. Will look elsewhere next time.

Kindly reception, comfortable room (be careful with the window, very wide and not safe for kids). Simple breakfast. Free internet only in the lobby, if you want it in your room, you must pay. Central location, near Obelisco, calle Florida and Subway stations.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms were clean enough and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Was disappointed with having to pay extra for internet and the egg being always cold at breakfast though.
