Wow, wow, wow!! After staying at two other hotels in Buenos Aires, spending my last night here at Sheraton Libertador made me realize how special this hotel was and had everything I was looking for in a 4 Star property. I love service, service, and more service when I stay at hotels. The front desk's staff, especially Carlos Donde....warm, hospitable,...

This hotel is in an excellent location. In the heart of the Microcentro you can stroll the Avenida Florida without having to cross the street. You are a short taxi ride from any of the various neighborhoods you care to visit; San Telmo, Palermo, etc. The rooms are a bit outdated but are very clean and well-maintained. The financial crisis...

I stayed at this hotel twice and was pleased on both occasions by the rooms and especially the service. I am a frequent guest at Starwood hotels and have stayed at two others in Buenos Aires and this is by far the best bargain. On the first occasion we arrived around 11 AM and as we wanted to get in...

I found the Sheraton Libertador to be a nice comfortable hotel in a good location, close to Calle Florida(the biggest shopping street in B.A.).It is also very close to the Avenida 9 de Julio, the worlds widest avenue. After reading some reviews on Trip Advisor I was unsure of what to expect.I was pleasantly surprised. I found the rooms clean and comfortable...

This was our first trip to South America, and we picked this hotel in spite of its mixed reviews. What a fortunate choice! We could not have been happier with our decision. The hotel is excellent, with all the amenities that make international travel easier, from in-room coffee maker and iron/ironing board (by request), to (free for club members) high...

There is horrible construction noise at this hotel....All day long there is constant pounding and hammering which makes staying there totally intolerable. I changed rooms 3 times and the noise was the same in all the rooms even on the club floor. While location is good and renovated rooms are much better, this hotel should be closed while this construction...

This is the tale of 2 hotels. Our first night, we were put in a Non-Remodeled room. The carpets were dirty and stained, the wallpaper was peeling, the mattress was lumpy, the glass in the shower was cracked, and the whole floor smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke-free floor. In other words, all of the poor reviews...

Dear Guest, We are always grateful and interested in receiving your comments. In this particular case, we would like to clarify some of the points you mention. Although it is not a Sheraton standard to offer Alcoholic beverages at the Club Lounge, we’ve now learned that some North America hotels do. Since many of our guests are from this part...

Was kept awake all night by the people in the room next door on the phone and with the tv blaring. Not the management's fault, but the paper thin walls leave something to be desired. Also, took about 20 minutes for hot water to come through to have a shower/bath in what I considered to be a very outdated and...
