This hotel is very well situated, close to the shops (main Florida street), main squares and waterfront. The Staff were really friendly and helpful. The main lobby has free lemon water all day and pastries in the morning, and also contains a bar area which is nice. The drinks are on the more pricey side but came with small canapés...

This is just the right place to stay. It is in the heart of the city. Walking distance from almost anything you want. I suggest the upgrade for the rooms. It was worth it. Didn't think I would want it or use it when I checked in, but was worth every penny. Good food, great service.

My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton on this trip to B A. The level of service was extremely good, the rooms were clean and updated. We paid the extra $30 for breakfast and evening cocktails on the concierge floor, and it was well worth it if you eat breakfast every day and also if you drink wine/beer, otherwise...

I stayed a few days in January for an exhibition and I felt zoomed back to the 1970ies because the interior architecture with glass elevators and a huge lobby with balconies to the lobby at each floor. Around the hotel it is very green with palm trees and plant arrangements. Very nice, indeed. The room was rather humble with an...

I stayed a couple of days in this hotel. The location is great since is walking distance from Puerto Madero, 9 de julio Ave., the Obelisco, the Galerias Pacfico mall and other great places. The rooms need an urgent refurbishment they look so oldie. The staff was OK, not the best not the worst. Remember to pack your travel adapter...

My recent stay in Buenos Aries I found myself staying at this location due to availability. I travel to BA frequently and on this particularly date most of the other locations were full. While overall I did not have any "issues" with my stay my room was a bit dated and had some stains and burns on the carpets. However...

Good hotel what sticks out is the staff. I had some immigration issues and they helped me give the information to solve them. Beyond that they assisted with booking a tango show also. I was hoping for a SPG Gold upgrade but instead had to pay $30 a night. However it was worth it as this gave access to the...

We booked here for two nights to further explore the sophisticated city of Buenos Aires. This was after our South American cruise which ended in this great city. The Pacifica Galleria, the popular park of San Martin, nearby landmarks e.g. Colon Theatre and several restaurants and shops are walking distance from this hotel. The staff were very helpful, they even...
