I stayed at Soho Point from October 22 to November 23. It was truly amazing experience. Mariano the owner and his team made me feel 100% at home. My room was great in newer building with 24 hours security service in great area with fantastic restaurants. Location is so central I walked everywhere, Casa Rosada, Palermo Hollywood, Puerto Madero. I will definitely stay at Soho Point the next time I'm in Buenos Aires. I visited Buenos Aires this month and initially stayed in San Telmo. After a tour of the city I decided to move to Palermo Soho and stayed at Soho Point. Once I made the booking I received a prompt message from Soho Point to confirm my... More

We fell in love at first sight with our room. It was tastefully decorated and spacious. Mariano, the owner, was affable and spoke great English. The place is also in a good location.. Great neighbourhood which leaves you spoilt for options with the numbers of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Though, if you are used to being served by... More

One of the highlights of our trip was tour stay at Soho Point We gave up free rooms at a downtown Sheraton in order to experience the Soho area and it was one of the very best parts of the trip. The location could not be better to see Soho, and in fact easy and inexpensive to catch a taxi... More

Everything at this place is just right. The location is perfect, quiet in one of the busiest areas of Palermo. The apartments are very comfortable, stylish, with everything one could need. I have stayed there a few times and I will keep coming back. The manager, Mr. Mariano is almost like a hotel manager, always looking for ways to help... More

It has been my second stay at Soho Point and my conclusion is, there will be a third, fourth, fifth... The rooms are bright, large and comfortable. The owner always very proactive and nice. The neighborhood is just full of nice restaurants, coffee shops and cool little stores. I normally stayed in some of the several boutique Hotels in Palermo,... More

I have stayed at Soho Point many times. The experience is flawless each time. The owner, Mariano, is gracious and helpful. The location is right in the middle of Palermo Soho, a trendy spot near shopping, great café dining and more. Highly recommend!

This was my home base for six days while exploring Buenos Aires and Argentina. The location, Palermo Soho, was perfection - great shops and restaurants all around. There are only six apartments in the building, which helped make it feel like home away from home. The big courtyard and the fact that the building was set back from the street... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Effort and love are the two words that inspired me to create the Soho Point back in 2009. This fully equipped studio condominium is formed by 6 spacious and bright units and is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, one of the coolest places in Buenos Aires. My experienced in travelling away from home made me want to create a space where guests could feel warm, just like home. This is how I got the idea of building this special and unique place in Buenos Aires. The Soho Point is not a hotel, but it’s not just an apartment. Soho Point is a new concept in tourism where you are always welcome without feeling stuck in a rigid structure. You will be able to manage your schedule and activities, but at the same time you will always find someone willing to give you some advice, guide you in the city or even help you with any problem that can come up at any time. The Soho Point is in the middle of a popular area so you will find people in the streets 24/7, but this building is designed to give you peace whenever you need it. As soon as you get inside the Soho Point, you will be welcomed by a nice patio full of colourful flowers which guarantee you tranquility and privacy. Around it you will find the 6 units, so each apartment has a pleasant view of the internal patio. All the apartments are brand new and fully-equipped. Each living has a comfortable sofa with a coffee table next to a large window where you can feel the breeze and relax. Then you have a big bed with pure cotton sheets in front of a LCD TV where you will be able to rest in comfort. The kitchen area has all the equipment you will need to prepare quick dishes in case you want to make a home-made meal. The bathroom is also fully-equipped and is decorated with great style. At Soho Point there’s also a cleaning service daily with no extra charge. The Soho Point couldn’t be in a better location. The neighbourhood is one of the trendiest places in Buenos Aires because it is full of restaurants, bars, night clubs, design stores and people from all over the country. So just 2 blocks away from the Soho Point you will be able to meet new people, share your experiences and learn things from the Argentinian culture.Welcome to the Soho Point, Travel and live your own way.Hope to see you soon!
