Centrally located in a pleasant area of BA, this hotel is modern and extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is free and fast. Excellent and efficiently staffed. The restaurant (Club 31) is a gem - food at breakfast and lunch is brilliant and the staff friendly, efficient and courteous. A special mention for the waiter Christian who did more than we expected...

Such a cute, unionized hotel. The staff was sweet, friendly and it was more than reasonably priced. It's not fancy, but totally gets the job done. I was also super impressed with their environmentally friendly electricity mechanism in which the lights only turn on when you insert the key card. Pretty neat! Definitely staying there when I get myself back...

It has been one of my worst experiences, this is a 2 low star hotel. Pay a little more and do not get hooked in this trash. Entering in the bedroom was like a terror history, the walls are dirty, the bathroom had water problems. All the bed sheets were old and dirty, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable....

Neighbourhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub and migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theatre lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby.
