We stayed 16 nights at the Glu Hotel. It started to feel like home! In that time we were extremely impressed with the kindness, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They were brilliant and we were sad to leave. The hotel room was comfortable and the cleaning detail was immaculate. Would thoroughly recommend to any traveller looking for an exceptional...

Our rom was modern, clean, with all expected amenities, breakfast is served in the room at the time of your choosing and the reception staff is extremely helpful with directions, advices, checking-in on your next flight and anything else you may need. There are plenty of choices to eat within walking distance and so are countless coffee shops, bars, shops...

I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel. It is a small hotel in the Palermo neighborhood with a charming feel to it. The staff is incredibly friendly. We ordered sushi delivery on the first night, they paid in advance and delivered it to the room with water and all tray/utensils. The hotel is conveniently right in the middle of Palermo....

Amazing hotel. Very accommodating. Great location. Around great restaurants and shops. The staff is phenomenal! As a courtesy, they did our laundry which really helped out. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The staff at this hotel really made our stay great. They are all extremely friendly, helpful, and at least bilingual. Our room was large, had a/c, good bathroom, and great water pressure. An added bonus is they will bring you coffee and water at any time, for free!! I also really liked the location of the hotel, close to good...

Totally English friendly. Close to Soho shopping and across the way from the restaurants of Palermo Hollywood. Walk to everything. Get your feet wet in BA and come back to a pleasant room and a good nights sleep. Breakfast is average and totally acceptable.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly, helpful young woman who checked us in and gave us a description of the city and surrounding area. She went out of her way to be helpful bringing us phone chargers, adapters, and making various recommendations. The room itself (301) was modern, large, and with a huge terrace overlooking the street. It's...

We really enjoyed our time in Buenos Aires and we thank the Glu Hotel and their tremendously helpful staff so much. Alejandra was great and helped us book different tours of Buenos Aires and pick excellent places and local spots for dinner. This charming boutique hotel, conveniently located in Palermo Soho, is a "one of a kind" delight! The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds, kitchenette, outside balcony and rain head shower with excellent pressure! But, as many others have said, the true beauty of this hotel is the exceptional service provided by ALL of the staff. The "upon request" delivery...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
