Despite the fact that it's over crowded , as it's our first experience with all inclusive , but I have to say :
Rooms are extremely clean.
Staff is do efficient .
Great variety of activities , programs and food.

Animation Team- this hotel has a great animation team who provide quality entertainment, they are all very friendly and helpful
The Manager Burak is a very lovely person, Big Mehmet & Little Mehmet are heaps of fun to hang out with and are always trying...More
Very dirty in general, not enough staff, bad food, and the same type of food every day, very uncomfortable beds, too crowded, dirty sea, not enough living, sitting areas in the garden. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and we were given the most disgusting rooms that smelt of mold and cigarette smoke, had cobwebs over the walls and when we complained that the rooms should be changed we were told that the hotel was maxed...More
