We were there from September 8 to 11, 2023 and spent three wonderful days. The place is charming, a haven of peace with very good and well-kept facilities, a magnificent garden and a wonderful pool. The room (they also have apartments with a kitchen) was very good: spacious, with a refrigerator and a table inside and another with chairs on the porch (alpendre). The correct bathroom and one of the best beds we have slept in: two meters wide, very comfortable, and with an assortment of pillows (stiffer and softer) that were a delight.
Breakfast is offered in a wooden house next to the pool and is very good: it ranges from orange juice that you squeeze on the spot, to a variety of sweets, toast, jams made on the farm, cereals, freshly prepared hot dishes, fruit, etc.
An ideal place to disconnect between tranquility and a good base camp to explore the Alentejo coast. 10 minutes from beaches such as Zambujeira, Carvalhal or Alteirinhos.

Only the atmospheric weather predicted a start, but the easy escape to the beach of Carvalhal or, closer, to Zambujeira allowed us to enjoy the first dives of the year and catch the warm sun of the Alentejo. The space of the Monte is very good, both outside and inside, with the necessary amenities and in good condition and very quiet. We were always treated with care and sympathy. We advise those who want to breathe deep, relax, isolate from noise... always with the alternative to enjoy excellent beaches nearby.

Me and my wife went for a week and really liked the place. It’s clean, cosy, you can enjoy and relax around the pool but also take a walk to see the animals of the farm. Though we do not have kids, it’s a nice place to bring them. A lot of green area for them to run and play. The breakfast is good and all the appliances and internet work very well. We recommend.

The owners are extremely friendly and welcome us very well. The place is spectacular. The room was very spacious and clean! The pool is pleasant and the surrounding area is very well maintained.
