Folks, you may ask for upgrade at the check in counter. If rooms are available they would love to extend it at very reasonable rates. I would like also to commend the kind work of Charles at the Sky Tower front desk and to Ms Mara of Bay Tower. We stayed at the hotel and availed the discounted rates for Hamilton Ticketholders, we booked directly and we got free welcome drinks and got free breakfast. Initially our booking was from a different site, same rate and no breakfast.
We celebrated my sister's birthday and once we arrived in a room, there was a cake and a bay view.
They replenished water and towels on the same day, they even cleaned the room in the afternoon of the day of our check in.
They also gave us a 1,000 bonus to use in the Casino which was a nice experience.
Make sure to sign up for membership to get discounted rates throughout the establishment. We were able to use it in restaurants.
Staff were always smiling and they were accomodating.
Breakfast at Fresh was nice as well, you have a variety of breakfast item to choose from.
All in all, my experience exceeded my expectations, everything was top notch.

My husband and I stayed in Solaire several times already and it was consistently superb. Let's break it down..
1. Room - spacious, clean, beautiful, luxurious. It has floor to ceiling windows that give a great view. Bathroom is spacious as well. There is free wifi that is strong and easy to connect to anywhere in the hotel (even pool area) and the casino area.
2. Staff - the staff are excellently trained - attentive and courteous. They are very mindful of their responsibilities. You don't see anyone busy with their phones or chatting with their colleagues. At around 6pm, housekeeping arrives with a turn down service for the bed. One time upon arriving in our room at night, the housekeeping had placed slippers and glasses of water neatly by the bed with chocolates on our pillows.
3. Checkin - easy and fast. We've never had to stay in line for longer than 5 minutes to check in.
4. Food - delicious and reasonably-priced for the quality. Even the food court serves quality and big portioned meals. I only wish the food court opens earlier so it becomes a dining option for breakfast for those checked in.
5. Parking - free and abundant
In short, Solaire lives up to their promise of being a world-class destination.

there are a number of mega casino complexes in manila. i believe this is probably the best one of the lot. the construction is top notch using first class materials. the bed was excellent as were the bathroom amenities. the restaurants we tried were fabulous. of course this would mean nothing without service to match. the service was amazing. special thanks to ryan who upgraded us upon hearing it was our wedding anniversary. the front desk, the cleaning crew, the security all did the best to make sure we were comfortable. while i don't really care for the casino, i appreciated that it wasn't an in your face deal where you couldn't move around without passing through the gaming areas. it was easy to avoid the gamblers even if you could smell the smoke as you got close to the area.

My reservation is by the sky tower & since it’s my first time here, I missed a turn & ended up entering by the bay tower which is also their kinda casino side. Hotel staff greeted us right away & helped us unload our luggage. We passed by their security scanner with camera which is a plus for me for added safety. Hotel doors were huge with a nice fountain by the lobby but as soon as I walked in I smelled the strong odor of cigarettes. I went to the registration section after to get checked in, I guess that the check in counter for bay tower so I was directed to sky tower instead which is kinda a bit further back of the hotel. The checked in process was smooth. My room was even upgraded ti signature sky suite which is really nice of them. There’s a watcher by the elevator area, I guess they just wanna make sure that you’re really staying in one of their guest rooms upstairs. I have to tap in my room key inside the elevator for it to work. As soon as I entered the room I was amazed how big it was. One woman to describe it was space. There’s a lot of room with a nice view of Manila bay. There’s welcome treats & beverages waiting for us by the dining table. Our luggage were delivered to our room after. I requested for extra bottled water that we can consume overnight. Hotel staff even offered welcome fruit which arrived later. Another staff came in later to check us if we needed anything, he gave us few of boxes sweet treats which is nice of them. Perks of booking directly is you get 2 welcome drinks, 1000 bonus peso & complimentary use of day bed by the pool. Breakfast buffet for 2 is included in my reservation, extra person will cost at least 1600 pesos. They honor senior citizen card. I tried their spa massage, did a bit of shopping, went to the bar downstairs & dis swimming on the next couple of days. My overall stay was really good except for one thing, I forgot to tell them that I have a solaire membership account. Meaning I didn’t get any points after my stay. I actually came back few days after to watch Miss Saigon & went to the rewards section alterwards to ask about my points. The gentleman told me that there’s no way I can earn points after I check out. I was advised that I should present it or told them that I have a membership upon checking in to get credited for points. I even told them that I have my receipts with me. I also spent a good amount of money during my stay. In other countries, you will still earn points few days after your stay. Why Solaire can have the same thing? I just feel like I was tricked.

My husband and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary at Solaire Manila from March 13 to 16, 2025. Originally, we planned to stay for just 2 nights, but because of their generosity in giving us a room with the best view,overlooking Manila Bay, we decided to extend our stay for another night. So, we quickly went to the lobby reception to inquire if we could keep the same room, and Mr. Joshua, the Guest Service Supervisor of Sky Tower, was very kind to confirm its availability.
Coincidentally, the last Pyromusical 2025 was scheduled that night, and we were lucky enough to watch it from the comfort of our room. Yes, staying at Solaire for just one night is expensive, and there are other hotels that offer the same level of luxury at a more affordable price. However, for us, it wasn’t just about the ambiance, the rooms, or the facilities; it was the staff that made our stay truly special.
What sets Solaire apart from other hotels we’ve stayed in is its people. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist guests in every way possible. One of the most touching moments was when they left us a handwritten card with personal messages congratulating us on our anniversary. While other hotels also offer cakes, wine, and charcuterie as gifts, receiving a heartfelt note from people we didn’t even know was truly heartwarming.
Even during checkout, when I returned our rfid card, they still greeted us with a warm Happy Anniversary. Moments like these prove that having staff who genuinely care about their guests is priceless. With such heartfelt hospitality, there is no doubt, we will be back to create more unforgettable memories at Solaire.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here and the staff made sure it was a memorable one. When we entered the room, there was a hand written card with their sweet personal messages along with some champage we ordered and got a chocolate cake as well. Aside from the hospitality,the room was very clean. Since we are still in the midst of the pandemic, I make it a habit to wipe down high touch surfaces but there was no dust or dirt anywhere. The room is also carpeted so I was worried about my allergies but never had any problems probably because it was very clean. I would say Solaire is the cleanest among all the casino hotels in ASEANA. We are planning to have all our special celebrations here moving forward 💕

We got upgraded to a sky suite and this definitely boosted our enthusiasm and excitement to try out this hotel for the 1st time. Service and and amenities did not disappoint! Everything felt so luxurious from pillows, robes to the furnishings & of course the bathroom! Loved that the toiletries were all my favorite scent (Acca Kapa white moss)! Concierge and housekeeping would check on us if we were comfortable and was happy to cater to any of our requests. It didn’t matter that there was a casino downstairs even if we were with kids bec we were in a non-smoking floor that smelled clean and pleasant and our kids thouroughly enjoy the soft beds, pool and good restroom selection. Poolside has a great view that we did not expect. Will definitely be back!

Depends on where you will eat. If fast food then moderate price about 10-15$ that can fill you out and for hotel based restaurant prepare to spend double of that. It is however ECQ so most of not all restaurants will be closed so better check before going
