The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Manila Airport. The hotel has 2 corridors with rooms. There are no windows on the left side of the room, you can't hear any noise from the air conditioner. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is clean, but not new. The bed is 150 by 180 cm. It will not be comfortable for tall people.
What was bad
The hotel has 2 wings, going up the stairs and turning to the right you will get rooms with 1 window that overlooks the “well” where air conditioners are installed. The air conditioners are very noisy and there is a constant hum in the room.

My free pickup service from the airport worked out okay. Check in straight forward. Staff are friendly and helpful. My standard double room was on the back side which was quiet. The aged aircon unit was slightly noisy so I turned it off before retiring. Small wardrobe, table and chair. Power points beside the bed for recharging. The TV had plenty of cable channels. Lighting good throughout. The bathroom was surprisingly large. Separate recessed shower area. I had no hot water which I reported to reception. Cleaning lady checked it out immediately but advised that it would have to be attended to by the maintenance man. I was only staying overnight so no big deal. I had dinner at the restaurant and I enjoyed my meal. Overall, good value option especially with the convenience of airport transfers.

Had a good one night stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and fun. Easy Jeepney access (or taxi) to SM Sucat.
DO be aware that there has been some creative manipulating of the various websites to create a perception that this hotel is really close to NAIA T1. Check my Traveller photos for the real location.
Al of that being said, next time I am flying in or out of Terminal 1 I will stay here again. It just wasn't as convenient as I had hoped.

The hotel family room was good and spacious but there’s No water Heater, the water flow is weak, Rats and rouches in the room. Room service for clean up was lazy, doesnt put enough blankets for the people who stayed at the room and you will keep asking for it, They let me pay twice for the food service, I paid cash but since I don’t have reciepts I can’t do anything about it, asking dor 2 days to verify they will telling you they will verify it but never happened until you checked out and go to airport asking to look for CCTV in my presents but refuses it since no body to operate. So disappointed!!! I don’t have problems paying for it but i have a problem paying it twice.

The condition of our room was shameful. Noisy air conditioning, shower was broken, intermittent hot water, phone to call reception was disconnected, mini bar was a few packs of biscuits. 2 lights were not working. Breakfast in the morning was very substandard. We were offered a different room with the same maintenance issues. Looks like maintenance doesn't exist in this hotel 😞 We will never be staying here again and apparently this is one of Agoda's preferred hotels 🤣 No signal on TV

I got a Junior Suite which i expected to be fair at least costing around P4,200. Instead what I got was a banged up room, smelly bathroom, and worse of all, the aircondition does not work. I had a technician sent up and a/c worked for 10 mins and then bonked out again. I didnt even want to waste my time. Stayed for just 3 hours, checked out and they even charged me P1,500 for smoking because they found old cigarette butts on their trash cans not even belonging to me. Go to Victoria Court instead.

The room was not fit even for animals. Shower broken. Noisy air con. Phone to call reception not even connected. Two light bulbs not working. This is the absolute worst we've ever seen in Manila. Definitely steer clear of this one 🤮. TV no signal for any channels.

The shuttle service is a hoax/non-existent and a false client magnet.
I tried to contact the hotel for days in a row and multiple times per day without success. Their suggested e-mail is non-existent. Their provided telephone number is never to be picked up.

I have travelled from boracay to manila for the day and decided to book this hotel for the hours i would spend in Manila. The hotel charged me almost php2000 for 9 hours with no overnight! The room was basic and small and the cleaningness was a questionable. The staff was overaly friendly but when i had a problem the girl in the reception refused to let me speak with someone im charge. The aircondition is very loud and the windows dont close very well and as a result the noice from the street is disturbing

I will suggest that you do a walk in instead. It is the same rate after all. There are airport transfer that you can get on the airport when you arrive or you could opt for the airport taxi. It will not cost you more than Php200 to get there and mostly taxi drivers know the place. It is just before the SM Sucat and after the MC Donalds in Kabihasnan along Sucat Road. Here are some of their contact numbers that you can try

Hope this helps! Cheers!
