The resort is nestled high in a mountain pass with amazing vineyards stretching up both sides of the two mountain faces. It is a truly outstanding hotel in all aspects - facilities, service, setting. This is a must do indulgence.

The lodge is truly spectacular with beautiful minimalistic decor and your own pool overlooking the gorgeous property. Do some of the walks around the property. There are two restaurants - Indochine is where breakfast is served, but there are better restaurants in the area for dinner. The Delaire Graff Restaurant is exceptional and well worth the visit. As mentioned this...

This is a top class establishment that runs like clockwork. The lodge we stayed in, no 4, had stunning views over the gardens and vineyards beyond and was very well appointed. The sundowners with canapes followed by dinner at Indochine was excellent as was the breakfast. The staff could not have been better and the lovely touch of open fires...

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect from start to finish. The lodge was immaculate and we could hardly pull ourselves away from the plunge pool and the outside deck, where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. What a lovely way to start the day, with a view to die for! We dined at Indochine twice and the...

As a relatively 'picky' traveller, with high expectations of service and facilities, the Delaire Graff managed to surprise and delight on all levels. Exceptional attention to detail in the accommodation, restaurants and all around the property, including exceptional service throughout. The property itself is a wonderful sight to be enjoyed. The restaurants are of the highest standard in cuisine and...

This an truly extraordinary place. It is set in a lushly landscaped area surrounded by vineyards and with stunning mountain views and glimpses of Stellenbosch itself. Service is outstanding, laundry service is included, 2 onsite restaurants are viable with one offering room service. Suits are well appointed and include heated plunge pools and view decks. Highly recommended.

Delaire Graff is a modern day castle. Each lodge adopts subtle hints of cape Dutch architecture on the facade, but is every bit the epitome of luxurious comfort inside. Craig gave us a lovely introduction to the lodge as well as some suggestions for wineries to visit, which due to the weather/time we unfortunately couldn't do. A wine tasting is...

This place is a dream. The rooms/lodges are beautifully appointed, the location is stunning, food is great and service outstanding. What else would you want? I travel to South Africa for work a couple of times a year and some time ago I fell in love with a particular safari lodge in Kruger... So, whenever I can, I go there....
