Remote but not too remote, this is a great setting from which to visit the wine lands. Staff are friendly, helpful and the breakfast abundant. Terraces are great for mornings and evenings. Security is very good.

My fiancé and i stayed for 3 nights prior to our wedding at another wine estate. It was a great location for us to be 10 minutes from the venue and 10 minutes drive to stellenbosch town centre. We choose to stay here as visited 2 years previous when we got engaged and bought some of their great wine. We...

We enjoyed our stay a lot. A very nice estate for a relaxed stay close to Stellenbosch. We could join a free whine tasting in the afternoon, which was very interesting. We would recommend this estate.

Our first honeymoon stop and I must say I wish we could have stayed longer! One of the smaller boutique wine estates in Stellenbosch (about 4km out of town, but definitely not lacking in service or quality (the friendliest and most welcoming staff!!). We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Delicious buffet/a la carte breakfast and the most delicious Cabernet...

We spent time here with friends, the staff could not do enough to help. We left some money in our room by mistake and the cleaning lady handed it in and the staff ensured it was returned to us. The security guard Isaac was really helpful too! It was very clean and the good was amazing! Wish i was still...

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were helpful & happy. The breakfast was delicious (especially the French toast after a night out). The pool is a little oasis of calm. The rooms are spacious & kept very clean. It was special being able to spend time in this boutique vineyard slightly away from the bigger more commercial places....

It was nice to stay with you. The interior (bath room) of the room "Bordeaux" was excellent.. Very small hint for improving. We had the idea (which was wrong )the name Lovane has french routes and consequently we thought you would offer baguette for breakfast. Perhaps you think about.

The name "Lovane" means "cameleon" in Xhosa (one of our 11 official languages in South Africa). I do hope, however, that you enjoyed our South African hospitality!

It's really worth visiting this estate. The hostess was really welcoming and showed us the Bordeaux room on the top floor. This is really Nice with a Major bathroom. The swimmingpool has been replaced due to new rooms that have been built and takes away a little bit of the beauty of the estate in what we had expected. But...
