A good location near the centre of town and easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and we sat outside to eat. Rooms (chalet style) weren't top notch, but it was nice to have an area outside the room where we could sit out. Beautiful gardens

Allow yourself enough time to enjoy this little gem of a hotel. Family run business and home cooked breakfast was delicious. So much character. The rooms were absolutely amazing. We wished we had stayed more than one night.

Adley House is one of the charming old buildings in Oudtshoorn that now serves as a B&B. Directions to find it upon arrival in the town were precise and the gardeners who lovingly attend to the charming garden with its Clivia in full bloom were most welcoming, as was the gracious hostess. We had a choice of staying in the...

This guesthouse was recommended by a friend but it is not a good choice for winter. My client's large room was well furnished but mine was smaller and overcrowded with furniture. Plug points for charging a laptop or cell phone were minimal and I eventually found one by crawling under furniture. The bedding is not great - blankets! The norm...

The location & amenities where excellent did not realize how central we were until our arrival. We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The room was very cosy and warm. We will certainly stay longer next year when we come to the KKNK and will certainly spread the message of the accommodation.

Adley House provided us with excellent food, service and furnishings and amenities in our room. After staying in more than 10 B&B's on our trip, this one was, by far, the best. The position of Adley House, also made it easy to walk into town to restaurants and parks.
