We had fabulous winter weather - and the advantage of no crowds. Mary and Derek were extremely helpful about where to eat - try the Cafe at Eastern Heads.

We are a family of four. Our boys are 2 and 4 years old. The cottage was everything we could have wanted for - comfortable, clean and spacious. The boys enjoyed having a bath in the bathroom and not just a shower as so many establishments have. They also enjoyed playing in the beautiful garden and we had a great...

It felt like home away from home. The views were terrific, accommodation splendid and the welcome was very warm. We felt at ease, relaxed and I have never slept so well in a strange bed ever. The kids had a ball of a time and I liked the fact that it was in walking distance to all the convenient places...

Our hosts, Derek and Mary, were attentive and knowledgable about Knysna. They made us feel so welcome and gave great advice on activities in the area. We had children of a variety of ages with us, and yet we found there was something for everyone: boat trips, picnics, hikes with stunning views, restaurants and farmers' markets. Although we were there...

Spending a few days staying at Forget-Me-Not in Knysna after a hectic school year in Dubai is the perfect antidote to living and working in a frantic city. Being able to sit on the deck in the warm winter sun and watch the waters for the Knysna lagoon ebb and flow was all the therapy I needed. The Nest (the...
