This is a lovely place to stay. The host Ryk is tremendous and gave us some good recommendations. We loved watching and photographing the birds in the morning and an early morning jetty walk. Breakfast was really good - plenty and nice. The place is a little dated and could do with some upgraded beds - with that it would...

Right on the edge of the lagoon. Beautiful location and excellent value for money. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable but could do with a make-over. Good breakfast and very helpful host. We would have appreciated a car wash service.

Great location with magnificent views. We spent 7 nights at Point Lodge, very comfortable accommodation with friendly staff. The owner was very helpful in recommending places to visit and dining. We stayed at the Millwood room which we loved, it's simple and very cosy. Breakfast time too short though.

Spent a total of 3 nights at point Lodge, two nights before our epic bike trip to "Hell and back" and one night after. Point Lodge is in a fabulous location right on the lagoon and only a few minutes drive from the Waterfont, the town centre and Knesen islands. Yoga by the pool on the first morning was idyllic!...

Mandy and I stopped at Point Lodge for 6 nights in June. We stayed in the Oyster Suite. The setting of Point Lodge is wonderful with a stunning view being on the edge of the Knysna lagoon. If you like birds then you will see many in the garden of Point Lodge. I've attached a picture of a wonderful hoopoe...

We recently spent four nights here. Two couples and a child. The owner is very friendly and helpful. First of all the location was great for us. Close to the lagoon edge for short walks and just far enough away from town to be quiet yet close enough to be convenient. I loved the cooked breakfasts - simple yet delicious,...

The Point Lodge is a great B&B. I've stayed for two nights with my family and we were able to feel as at home. The owner and his staff are very pleasent and helpful. The breakfast is good, but do not have great variety. The rooms are spacious, but not very new, so in general they have carpet floor. Although,...

Nothing fancy, just a good old bed and breakfast. I loved the location, just far enough out of the central town area for me. We had two nights here, very friendly staff, when we arrived we were given a map of the area with some ideas of what to do, we ended up talking a lovely walk along the beach...
