we had 2 bedroom suite. was amazing! very modern, much space with all the amenities. The view is outstanding! The service and communication between guest service and other functions at the hotel, needs improvement, specially with the housekeeping. The SPA services been very professional both on the massage and the cosmetic services. The breakfast service is good but the dinner...

This is an absolute gem. Undisturbed beauty and mezmirising views. Accommodation is luxurious and comfortable. Great ambience and plush vegetation. Very social vibe at the bar. Not crowded and very exclusive.

I just went to have a late lunch with a friend and was blown away by the stunning views. We watched sun birds flying from bush to Bush while having lunch. The pie that I had which was dish of the day was well worth it as it was jam packed with meat. Excellent value for money. The service was...

We had a day visit to the Simola spa. All staff were exceptionally friendly and cheerful. The spa treatments were excellent : we had chosen a package which included lunch, which we had next to the pool. We started the day with delicious cappuccino which was brought to us in the spa. The facial and massage were both excellent. The...

We have visited Simola many times over the last few years, and it's so great to see that the service and facilities have improved especially the pool deck! Would be great if they had a games room for older kids and improve their wifi. All in all an awesome place

Simola hotel & spa is beautiful, but i stopped by the Spa for a gel overlay and i am very dissapointed. Whilst the lady that assisted me was very friendly - I found R550 for a soak off (4 nails had to be soaked off) and gell overlay VERY Expensive! The gel is extremely thin and only one week later...

Timeshare type appartments with huge living area, and large bathroom and bedroom. Quiet and dark rooms very well appointed. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly but service a little slow. The restaurant was nice with god food and portions. Breakfast buffet with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Good property with excellent internet in a lovely location.

I recently visited Simola for a manicure & pedicure (with gel polish) and was so disappointed with the service. The polish had completely chipped off within 6 days -- while it should last 2 to 3 weeks. Obviously the technician clumped it on too thick, causing it not to stick well. The polish was also not applied evenly. Not worth...

This is a top location overlooking the valley. We were in a suite which had everything, kitchen, barbecue, etc. Breakfasts were the best, choice and quality. The only critic is TIA (this is Africa)! The staff are just not up to European standards, I say this not unkindly but you get used to it.

This resort boasts wonderfully appointed rooms. It at all possible, book lagoonfacing and first floor. At times it is rather exposed to the wind, but the view makes up for it. The golfcourse is very interesting, in very good condition and well organized. The restaurant has a stunning view.
