Tim is a super nice and relaxed host. The accommodation is very nice (not super luxury, but perfect for a beach town) and we found the place to be very relaxing to return to each day for a drink on the balcony (there is a nice honesty bar). The breakfast was excellent as were all the staff we encountered. The...

The house is impressive on arrival set behind huge trees and cosy garden. Tim met us and immediately made us feel at home! We stayed for 2 evenings B&B. Evrything clean and "perfect" as one would expect - even a king size ved made for us!! Loved the slatted doors and wooden flooring all white-washed giving a true spacious and...

We stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time. The rooms we stayed in were, although the rooms aren't extravagant, they are more than adequate for what we needed and felt rather homely. The hotel itself is a little drive away from any restaurants or pubs which could be seen as a negative but there was one particular...

We really liked our stay at Cunninbham's Island Guest House. Our baggage got lost on our flight and it was brought to the Guest House, which worked perfectly from the guest house side. We had a room upstairs, which we really liked, although the bathroom would profit of a renovation. We got good tips for having dinner and the breakfast...

Have stayed here 3 times and each time had been great. Tim and his staff are wonderful, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and they serve a nice breakfast. It is a short walk to the lagoon and downtown is a few minutes drive. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Cuningham's Island Guest House is situated on Lesure Island, and requires a car to get into the center of Knysna. It is a small cosy place, where you can get some good advice on what to do in Knysna. Take a walk around lesure island and dont forget the spectacular view from "the heads".
