Owned by a lovely French man, the B&B is a perfect place for budget travellers who do not intend to spend a lot of time in the room itself. Our room was small but clean. A simple and delicious breakfast was included in the price and its kind of nice having the owner join us for breakfast every morning and...

This was my second time taking a group of students to Cape Town and staying at La Rose. We had a great experience both times. It is in a nice, central location, the breakfast is excellent, and, most importantly, the owners are friendly and very helpful. I will be returning.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our stay in the Cape region. It is in a great location and it perfectly formed. We felt super welcome and the breakfast and coffee were great. We stayed in the smallest room which was perfect... comfy bed and a small en-suite. Easy walk to the center and felt safe in...

Our stay was great. The location in Cape Boo is very good. One can get to Waterfront and Long Street in a short time. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the bathroom was modern and had plenty of space . The breakfast was held with the owners at a large dining table. Every day there were fresh muffins, fruit salad, yogurt,...

My aunt and I stayed at La Rose in mid may and had a very positive experience. The staff and owners are super friendly and helpful, and the place is very safe and secure. I will definitely look to stay here again when I come back to Cape Town :)

Reservations are very easily made online and confirmations almost instantaneous. We arrived early, and the room was not yet ready, but staff accommodated our request to leave our bags so that we didn't have to haul them around the city. The B&B itself is arranged in 2 buildings, with several rooms in each. The security gates are reassuring and there...

At the beginning of our 3 week garden route trip it was so important that our first guest house was up to the mark. What a choice we made. La Rose B&B was so easy to find and really central and from the roof balcony there was the most awesome view of Table Mountain. The room we had although a...

La Rose is perfectly situated and all local attractions are a short walk/taxi ride away. The rooms are slightly small, but all are individually and lovingly decorated, so that no two rooms are the same. The communal breakfast table is the making of this B&B, as it gives guests the opportunity to interact with each other and share tips on...

Visited La Rose back in 2011, the owner, Yoann and his charming wife, were very pleasant and very friendly. Back then, Loved my stay there and gave them top marks. Little that I know, I would be back at La Rose in March of this year. Yoann and wife always very nice and most helpful. The morning breakfast around the...

Location central to the Bo Kapp but further from the Waterfront than we thought, so in the evening, for safety, we used the car to get places. The B&B itself was quaint and atmospheric. The hosts and staff were very friendly. We enjoyed meeting other guests at breakfast at the communal table. You feel part of the family. Very nice...
