We felt very welcome in this small guesthouse that was very conveniently located near to the city. The room and breakfast were wonderful, the staff were very friendly and hospitable as were the owners. We were amazed as how quiet it was at night....

Roland warmly welcomed us and he and his staff went beyond the call of duty to attend to our needs for the very pleasant week we spent in Cape Town. The facilities are spacious, meticulously clean and attractive. The generous breakfast always included fresh pastries and fruit plus made-to-order main dishes. The location is within walking distance of center city...

Quiet, central and private - friendly owners and staff, nothing too much trouble - we were treated like VIP's during our stay. Security excellent - Roland's attention to detail and willingness to make our stay memorable will ensure that we return on our many trips to Cape Town. Tastefully decorated, luscious breakfasts under the trees, loungers next to the pool...

I loved this place. A gem within a very nice suburb of Cape Town. The house is an old Cape Dutch farmhouse beautifully furnished. The owners are wonderful as are the staff and with the breakfast they serve, you don't have to eat until dinner. For dinner walk to Kloof street for some nice restaurants, or catch a taxi to...

We had a wonderful stay with Roland and Alexia. Clean room, friendly staff and very helpful owners. When we go to Cape Town again we don't go searching for another place to stay. We enjoyed several good restaurants within walking distance.

Loved this little gem when we stayed here on our trip around saf. Very quaint, excellent service , close enough to things to do, yet off the main streets so you can get a more local Cape Town experience. I have recommended this little gem to everyone headed to Cape Town

Excellent base for our stay in Cape Town. Roland, the owner, is a great host, very welcoming and knowledgable about Cape Town and the surrounding area. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Christopher, Noah and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very good with great breakfasts. The property is within safe walking distance of bars...
