My mom and I stayed for one week in the lodge, and we really enjoyed it. The room was clean and the whole lodge was nicely decorated. Breakfast was freshly done every morning, and the terrace featured a great view of the Table Mountain. A really nice area: street was quiet at night, quite a few incredibly nice breakfast cafes...

Nice room on first floor with terrace . Breakfast with french and dutch cheeses . Lovely chats with Ruth ; very knowledgeable on Capetown. Several restaurants in the vicinity in safe walking distance , so no worries.

Liberty Lodge is a fantastic place to stay Ruth is excellent she really helps to plan your day & tells you the best restaurants & places to visit ,the Lodge is lovely we have stopped here 3 times now & been really pleased with everything, Lisa & Anita cook a lovely breakfast, we always stay in the room called Rhodes...

The lodge is very well located in the City Bowl and in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Stayed 4 nights and very much enjoyed it. High quality accommodation but with a cosy personal touch. Good location for easy access to Table mountain and main routes into the city. Walking distance to good bars and restaurants on Long street in good safety.

Superb location for seeing the sights of Cape Town and surrounding area. Situated just below Table Mountain you get great views from the lovely terrace. Rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean. Me and my girlfriend moved down to cape town a month ago and we spent our two first nights at Liberty Lodge. Stayed 7 nights in this peaceful well run B&B with comfortable well appointed rooms with A/C. Warm welcome was had on arrival and very helpful advice and suggestions made by the owner Ruth.
