This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We cannot compliment the staff enough. They were great and the hotel was spotlessly clean. They also arranged tours for us. The breakfast was great and so was dinner. You cannot go wrong booking here.

Lovely guest house in a nice part of town. The service was excellent - the staff made dinner reservations, booked tours, taxis etc. The breakfast was really good and plentiful - lots of lovely home made items. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Pool area was nice and communal areas of the guest house were relaxing. Seemed...

My husband and I stayed her on our honeymoon in October. This was the perfect place for us to enjoy and explore Cape Town. It was recommended we stay at a place near the V&A Waterfront, but this offered a much more affordable option within walking distance (about 40 min) from that area. When we visited the waterfront, we couldn't...

Blackheath Lodge is a wonderful place! The staff was informative and helpful. They assisted with restaurant recommendations (try the Duchess of Wisbeach!) and activity bookings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located on a residential street and a short walk from the waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We spent three nights at Black Heath and the accommodations were excellent. The staff were very professional and warm and willing to assist with and needs. Close enough to walk to Victoria and Albert Street. Small cozy bar and delicious breakfast included.

Excellent service and meals at this Lodge. The staff can't do enough for you. Really enjoyed our stay here after a month exploring Africa. The room had a separate shower stall and freestanding tub. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning quiet and efficient. Ask for the 'new' section or request the top floor units, some with a great view. Our...
