Canal Quays apartments offer high quality accommodation at reasonable prices, only a ten minute walk from the vibrant V&A waterfront with all the bars, restaurants and attractions. Be aware that building of further apartment blocks is in progress so not the most peaceful location at present. In the evening the short cut is closed so it is better to take...

Friendly and efficient staff. Secure underground parking. We stayed on the ground floor and the free internet was horrible! Clean. Noisy and unconfortable bed. A bit pricey for what it offers. Great location.

My partner and I stayed at Canal Quays in mid November. This was our first trip to Cape Town. While the view is nothing to write about, the hotel is in a good location and good value compared to other hotels which were very expensive. It was about a 10 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront (if you walked through...

Other than the view and strength of the wifi, I have no problems with this hotel. Comfortable suite for a family of four and close to the Waterfront, it got the job done in terms of a good night sleep and hanging out after tours and meals. Furnishings were nice and new, and there was plenty of space for all...

The facilities in the room are pretty good. We have plenty of space and everything worked except the internet which was on and off the whole time. The girl who serviced the room was a star. It would have been helpful if there had been tablets for the dishwasher and/or a second tea towel. It was walking distance from the...

Absolutely every thing you need, practical layout with lovely furnishings and simplicity as a business traveller. Easy to manage the self catering option when you are on business, working long hours. Very relaxing.

The room was not clean. There was no WIFI password and reception was not accessible despite numerous calls. The construction across the canal made the experience worse. The complimentary necessities like shower caps were not provided.

This establishment is gret value. Centrally located for easy access to all the highways. It is very close to the highway and Hrbour so the noise levels are very high. The high the apartment that you are in the noiser it gets. The apartments are of a good size and has everything a self catering unit needs. I will come...

If we had know that less than 50m away was a massive building site would not have booked this apartment. Building work started at 6am and continued all day till 6pm. Pile driving was very noisy and dust made the balcony not useable during the day. Also things supposed to be in the flat or replenished by the cleaners, mentioned...

Well equipped and good reception and signing in with Nash, who did a great job welcoming us and orientation us! Apartment is spacious and has all the necessary facilities. Well maintained and neat....clean and nicely lit with an outside patio...Unfortunately looking onto a very industrial harbour development...with construction going on. The couch is extremely hard and uncomfortable even when using...
