The major disappointment was having to pay for Wi-Fi........in this day and age.....The rooms were comfortable, the location was good and the gym was adequately equipped. The place is also generally clean.

The hotel itself is nice with spacious rooms. However, you have to pay for everything. I don't understand having to pay for wifi in this day and age when you can get it free from the street or McDonald's. Guests paying for parking is also another disappointment. If I'm paying for a room why do I have to pay for...

We got 2 nights stay in this hotel for the price of 1 night in a different hotel in Capetown. This was so much better! Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was yummy, staff were very friendly on the desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Not to fond of the area the hotel is in. A bit to far from the Waterfront. The parking is absolutely rubbish. Either park upstairs where you have to walk a distance to reception or leave key in car so that others can move it. Does not make sense and seems a bit dodgy. The hotel though is nice and...

The rate was amazing, and instead of travelling home, a night out in the CBD for us was awesome. Everyone was very accommodating... friendly staff, and everything you need right there. You can even get your boots polished :) Parking onsite. Butchers Grill Restaurant!

I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I visit Cape Town on Business. The specious room and pristine bathroom helped me settle down and relax within a minute of entering the room. even though it is situated in a busy part of the city, the outside world didn't affect my peace and quiet.

Put in a double room on a noisy road. a single room in a quieter position would have been better. The room safe was locked, and despite asking the front desk to have it opened so I could use it, it remained locked.

I was very happy with everything, i just wanted a double bed not twin beds. The elevater was also very slow. The upper parking is also very uncomfortable to get down from or to get up there it can be very dangerous.
