On booking.com we purchace this deal, a R5740 room for R820, 86% discount. What a deal. But that room was not even worth that. They cheat people into this deals to fill there hotel. They should lose all the star because they are fraudelent by giving fals information. We did research to find out that that we being lied to...

Sleep is impossible as the noise levels are so high. Not even the tv can drown out the noise. I will be shortening my stay. The walls must be paper thin as I can hear the conversations next door. People keep coming and going and the doors keep banging shut.

Excellent price for our stay and a superior hotel as regards to cleanliness, comfort, service, meals, and immediate proximity to the historic Bo-Kaap, the V & A Waterfront, and the City Bowl. it's in a central location to major landmarks/facilities, such as Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, Signal Hill Sunset Drive, Lion's Head Hike, The historic Company Gardens, and the lovely...

We were really disappointed by our recent stay at the Cape Town Lodge despite the room being nice and in a good location. Every interaction with the staff was unpleasing. For example, when we first arrived (earlier morning) for our two night stay worn out and tired from a very long flight, we were greeted by grumpy, unaccommodating staff who...

good rooms - got an upgrade - lucky. Courteous staff who are keen to help. Good breakfast spread and amenities you need.. Location! Location! Location! walking distance to Long Street and parking available for a fee. Free wifi could have been an icing on the cake.

All the staff are friendly and help full from security in car park to duty manager. That is why I always choose this hotel. Their rates are extremely reasonable and cost effective. The staff at the restaurant have got to know what I like and even remember what I chose to eat the previous time. When my flight has been...

From the moment we arrived until it was time to depart we only experienced friendly helpful smiling staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and there were numerous facilities. The rooms were generously sized and the views out the back to the mountain were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located to nearby restaurants, the waterfront, the highway, Greenpoint and Seapoint.

Great location. The colorful houses of Bo Kaap are a block away, Long St two blocks, the V&A Waterfront a few dollar taxi ride away, etc. Nice art work throughout. Some great views from rooms. But $8 for a wifi voucher and $10 extra per breakfast up the ante! And when we asked for a taxi to the airport, they...

Amazing staff. Felt very welcome. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. (Could have slept the whole day if i didn't have to be out by 11am). Buffet breakfast was also very good. Will definitely go back.
