What a splendid stay we had in this quaint little boutique/ antique hotel. Thank you so much, lovely Natalie, you made 31 Dec 2020 very special. We will treasure this antique experience for a long time. Excellent comfort in an old world charm. Well recommended.

I booked the hotel for a small group in 2021 and was asked to provide a large 'refundable' deposit (ZAR21,000) which I paid by credit card. Due to Covid-19 our plans have unfortunately changed and we have had to cancel and therefore requested a refund. This was on July 17th 2020 and now, over 6 weeks later I have had no refund and they no longer reply to e-mails! Do not use this hotel, especially if they ask for payment up front!

The facilities are those of a B&B not a Hotel. The advertised wi-fi was not available in our bedroom which was dissapointing. Some maintenance work needed to be done but they have to get an outsider to achieve this, so it was not done during our three night stay. Would I go back, yes after the above points are fixed.

Good hotel near the center of Kaapstad. Near a busy road but also in a beautiful area called Bo-Kaap. It's an old building, so cracking floors etc. I was in room number 5 near the breakfast room and kitchen and woke up early every morning because of the noise from the kitchen.

I stayed here for 5 nights during a business trip. The hotel truly stands out in comparison with most of classic hotels in the same price range and comfort. My stay there was really pleasapleasant with great breakfast options, a beautifully furbished room (and overall common parts) and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is also really great as the hotel is located in the Bo-Kaap area with beautiful bright-coloured houses a mere 2-minute walk from the hotel. The only drawback was that the wi-fi did not reach my room, but it worked perfectly in the comfy hallway so I stayed there to use the internet. Overall, a great experience !
