We stayed at the DysArt 5 nights. The hotel is located in Greenpoint 15 min walking distance to V&A Waterfront. It is operated by a german couple. We felt very welcome. It's clean, nice unique rooms and very friendly and service oriented staff. Good recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The hotel offer accommodation and breakfast. The breakfast is ok and fresh prepared. The hotel owner took care for additional dietary requirements after we mentioned that to him. We recommend the hotel if you look for a unique small hotel beside the big chains.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed here because the price was reasonable, it had parking onsite, and the reviews were good. The exterior of the hotel is very contemporary as you can see by the pictures online. Access is controlled coming in and coming out so there's not a security concern. The staff was quick to offer advice on restaurants, tours, etc. We stayed there 3 nights and the staff arranged the restaurants and taxis for all 3 nights...each meal was fantastic. Here's a special shout out to Martin who was working afternoons and nights and helped with the reservations...super sweet guy with a lot of knowledge regarding the area. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the pool, which had a great view of the water, soccer stadium, etc. The

Owners are very nice and helpful, as well as the staff, everybody super sweet. Every day when we returned from sightseeing we got glass of wine and some snacks offered, our room was spotless clean and it was so nice to sit outside and have a chat with the people. For First-Timers we would definitely recommend the Bus-Tours, they have very nice routes ( including winelands, camps bay etc.) and you can hope on and off all day long, very well organized. The only down thing for us was that you should not go walk around in the night by your self - because of safety reasons - so you must take a taxi ( or walk during day time)

We loved it here! This boutique hotel is well done with beautiful pools, gardens, and art pieces. The staff was so sweet and lovely to talk to, every person working went above and beyond to pour us a glass of wine or get us a snack. Breakfast was amazing. Location was centrally located to all the different desirable parts of town and a short walk to some great restaurants. The only downside was that they had just varnished the floors so there was a slight odor that went away with open windows. The wifi was down in our rooms, but we enjoyed going up to the common area to relax and catch up on our wifi. The kindness of the staff really makes this place perfect to stay at!

Modern boutique hotel with large interiors, friendly staff and a reasonably good breakfast – both continental and hot breakfast options are available. There are 2 small pools and a lovely patio with sun loungers. Complimentary WiFi worked well in both the rooms and common areas. The hotel’s location is not on the water but it is still well positioned within Greenpoint – less than 10 minutes by car to Long Street or a 30 minute walk (safe to walk during the day). There are a few bars/restaurants and a supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel as well, so you don’t need to venture far.

We stayed at the room with the courtyard. The room was stylish, clean, a little small but comfortable. The owners and the staff were very warm and super friendly, offering valuable advice and caring about our needs. The owner even gave us a ride to a restaurant one evening. It is not really a five star luxury hotel, however, it is an excellent four star boutique hotel, highly recommended for a pleasant, comfortable stay. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront in the nice suburb of Green Point. Breakfast is included and very good. If you need a taxi, Uber is faster to arrive and significantly less costly than other taxis. There is a small pool for guests to enjoy.

An Absolute must stay establishment for the traveller that seeks affordable luxury with all the bells and whistles. The hotel offers amenities that exceeds international standards, our room was spacious, private and very luxurious. The big plus however was the service, the staff simply cannot do enough to make your stay special. The only disappointment was that the hotel was already booked and could not help us for our next trip. If you travelling to Cape Town book early, Dysart will not dissapiont!

Can't say enough good things about Dysart! The staff is extremely warm and accommodating... the minute we walked in we knew we were in good hands! The rooms are very modern, clean and tidy. Very comfortable. The location of the hotel is wonderful as well! It is about a 15 minute walk to waterfront, with even more restaurants, bars, shops closer by. One late night instead trying to find a dinner spot, my husband and I walked to a few nearby restaurants and ordered a whole bunch of stuff from different places. We brought it back to Dysart and sat by the pool and enjoyed our meal (with local resident cat Daisy nearby). It was such a nice experience, it felt like we were at home! I also can't forget to mention Alex, their staff driver. Alex is wonderful! We booked an excursion
