A great location refurbished rooms are fine. Was hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but so glad I opted to stay. Good value, relaxing stay. Staff were efficient and friendly - especially Nokisha at reception who was particularly helpful when we had problems with our hire car. Lovely to see eland and mongoose in the garden and great range...

The hotel itself is pretty ok. A few things bothered me though, for one, the towels smelled bad and some had stains on them. It's not an issue to some, but to me it's gross. The breakfast was of very poor standards though. They have two toasters for over 50 rooms and the selection of stuff on offer was also...

Thank you for your review. I will certainly follow up on the excursion as your comments are valid. The breakfast buffet is popular although it seems that it did not please your preferences. It was our pleasure hosting you and sharing the area with you.

Absolutely love this great hotel! Location is great! Buffet breakfast was amazing ( actually missing it in the mornings :) wish I could have it everyday!) We had the triple room and we're definitely satisfied with it! The huge double bed and one single which slept so comfortably. The aircon cooled us down from the heat and humidity outside and absolutely...

We stayed at the hotel for a second time to celebrate my father in laws birthday. Very glad to see that a revamp is being done.. the room we stayed in was one already done. The bathroom still a bit lacking for my likes and shower head not working accurately but the room itself is good. We had room 6...

3*** star hotel in a good location on St Lucia high street with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms are a basic standard , bathroom and shower were ok.Staff were pleasant, breakfast was just about ok but there was plenty to choose from. Parking spaces right outside the front door. I would only recommend this hotel for its...

We have been there just for one night... it is ok, don´t expect any fancy rooms. Needs some modernisation, but the rooms are clean, bathrooms not. Breakfast was disappointing... but we had a great dinner in town.

Booked on bookings.com pricy for what u get . But what made it great is staff were amazing . Fantastic and friendly and they all go the extra mile from changing my room to a pool view and food Devine. Stunning hotel but old decor. Aircon was broken but their maintenance man fixed it quick quick . Very very impressive...

Our room was lovely and comfortable. All facilities were great and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the meal prepared for dinner was tasty and enjoyable. Restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure our table was moved close to pool view when we asked. We stayed here for two nights and each day...

Thank you for your review All hotel rooms are non-smoking, however we have found that for non-smokers it is better to keep sliding doors to the garden closed when there are smokers outside. The Posturepedic beds have a firm design, preferred by most, although there are rooms available with a softer mattress that could be made available on request. Due...
