Our diving operator (scuba addicts) arranged our stay here after diving Mozambique. We were quit suprised by the setting and the atmosphere and by the friendly reception. After skipping breakfast the first day because early leave for a game drive we realy enjoyed complete breakfast the second day. Great stay at umlilo and we can really recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Umlilo. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The grounds were like a tropical botanic garden, with towering trees and flowers all around. The water features added to the relaxing vibe. We were out touring most of the days, but wished we had more time to enjoy...

We stayed for 3 nights on a Safari tour with Heritage. We were put up in Umlilo Lodge instead on their own one and I'm glad we were. First impression is walking into a steaming jungle with palms ferns and many other tropical plants. There is a bubbling stream running through at the property containing non tropical Koi. The room...

Just spent an amazing 3 days in St Lucia SA. Stayed at Umlilo Lodge organised by Heritage Tours for their inclusive 3 day safari. Host Lourens and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming. We loved the room and the gardens. Breakfast amazing. Evening meals local fare. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Well done Heritage Tours and Umlilo Lodge....

Umlilo is a lovely B&B tucked away in the pretty little town of St. Lucia. I was welcomed on arrival by the owner who was very warm and hospitable. The room was very spacious and very comfortable with a nice spacious bathroom and great water pressure. I arrived after a busy day at a seminar in the town and welcomed...

Our stay here was faultless, the owner was very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble and he gave us great information. It was a great location for estuary/beach as well as shops and restaurants. Room was big and well equipped, bathroom was beautiful and the gardens were something else! The honesty bar was a great touch, trusting guests to help...

A very good place to stay in St. Lucia, close to shops and restaurants. Lovely ambience with a "Bali" feeling. Good sized, and good room. Good service and very helpful host and hostess. Would stay there again, if we come back to St. Lucia.

This was a little bit of paradise in the middle of Saint Lucia. Lovely green jungle setting and beautifully cared for gardens. The family running it were charming and treated us with warmth and care. The dinner was deliciously African. Accommodation was excellent with spacious rooms and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Recommended to all.

A lovely little oasis in the middle of St Lucia. The owners were super helpful with booking guided tours and we wished we had planned for more time to spend here. The common areas are great and makes for easy contact with other guests. The room was fine and nicely decorated.
