The resort did not disappoint. There is far more to do than is ever possible in a weekend. A small convenience shop is well-stocked and run by lovely staff. The outdoors activities are fun, but the mini-golf course has lots of extra handicaps and needs a revamp. The chalet is comfortable, with an irresistibly cozy fireplace. They are in the...

Despite the terrible roads to get to this mountain resort, it remains a wonderful destination. We have stayed in 3 different types of accommodation, each as wonderful and comfortable as the other. You are made to feel welcome and special and small gestures make you feel like family. There are lots to do and see at this resort. The chalets...

Very nice place out in the mountains. Quick drive from JHB. Road conditions not so great. Close to all the attractions and not far from Pilgrims rest and Graskop. Restaurant has good food. The little grocer onsite is convenient and inexpensive.

Absolutely stunning accommodation. The eastern side lodges, lodge 80 upwards have the best sunset views and all the lodges have views looking down the cliffs. The bedroom has a stunning large window for wide angle views of the gorge and sunsets. Its so safe so no need to close curtains of the main bedroom and then be woken by the...

Peaceful, serene and calm would describe our stay here. Our accommodation was a spacious and well designed cabin, relaxing with the most amazing scenery and view. Wildlife (birds, monkeys and buck) walk around freely and frequently visit, right up to your doorstep. Amenities are in good condition, my husband and I enjoyed the miniature golf course, challenged each other in...

Hi sTcO. Thank you for an awesome 5/5 rating and wonderful review! We are privileged to be situated on top of Robber’s Pass, surrounded by exquisite natural scenery, cliffs and forests. Our antelope, giraffe and leopards have plenty of space to roam on the 2400 hectares of pristine countryside and sometimes decide on a “no-show” :) We hope to welcome...

We arrived at the gate and asked if they have available accommodation and were told there wasn't any. So we phoned anyway and were told yes they do. Then we were sent to the only one available to see it was still dirty from the previous tenants. We were then told we could go into another already cleaned available room....

Location within the Crystal Springs Nature Reserve, the Lodge offers majestic views of mountain ranges and pine forests, indigenous animals and birds wandering within its grounds. Pure, pure air. We arrived on a foggy night, the road seemingly never ending and increasingly going higher up, but welcomed by one of the friendliest reception crew ever encountered , this amiability continuing...
