Swimming pool too small and they don't serve dinner, otherwise all was good. The owner is friendly and is always willing to help. some of us does not get along with dogs so its a constant irritation having to deal with them at the location.

The place was very nice with a beautiful view. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a lot to spend 2 nights there. The only not very relevant point is the distance to the city. The owner was very supportive providing instructions and recommending places to have dinner.

My partner and I stayed here in the log cabin for three nights while we traveled around the local area and in and out of Kruger park. We really enjoyed our stay! Good bits: Alan the owner is friendly accommodating and it was always a pleasure to chat and he gave great advice about the local area- where to eat...

We spent three nights here and had a very comfortable stay. Alan was a wonderful host and gave us some good tips for restaurants. The cottage was very spacious and comfortable with an amazing bathroom. Although we were not self catering there is an excellent braai area that we used. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, yoghurts, toast, cold meats,...

This is the kind of hotel I like. It has only 5 or 6 rooms and the owner can give you attention every morning. Alan was great in our reception (we arrived very late) and made his best efforts even though there was no power in the region (due to rains). The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is...

We booked this B and B with some trepidation so were pleasantly surprised how large and well appointed our cottage was. With a comfortable sitting area, large kitchen and separate bedroom plus a deck off the back to enjoy watching the monkeys play! Immaculate, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Alan, our host, mentioned that a few of the cabins...

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Lovely grounds with amazing views. Our unit was very spacious with a large bedroom and an equally sized bathroom, a small entrance area and a terrace. Shame we couldn't have had longer. So peaceful.

We had a very comfortable stay. Great big rooms, nice bathroom, very clean. A nice breakfast outside listening to the sounds of the nature. Fresh baked croissant and good bone coffee, we love it! perfect location for the panorama route.

We enjoyed our two night stay... great service from the friendly staff at this clean and tranquil lodge. The location which is between Hazyview and Sabie towns is perfect to sample the lowveld tourist destinations. We had a great time visiting Blyde river dam and Graskops big swing. We could have stayed longer at Cuckoo Ridge Retreat only that our...
