Noise at night with the fusion boutique hotel gate, opening and closing. breakfast selection not that great. Wifi limited, should be uncapped like most places. But other than that it's a nice hotel, friendly people and good food.

The hotel is neat and has nice finishes. It is also situated in a very central spot and the staff are amazingly friendly, but my room itself had some issues. Couldn't connect to the WiFi from my room and considering I was there for business it made it tough. The air-conditioning unit was so noisy I didn't really sleep much....

The guest house is small and beautiful but in December 2016 they failed to control noise and allowed young guest to run around dressed in gowns only. This girls were even hanging out and running around to the reception to ask about breakfast which enquiry could have been made by phone. At 4 in the morning I even phoned the...

My room was upstairs and quiet and comfortable. I was surprised at no pedestals next to the bed on either side to place cel phone, watch, alarm or coffee/tea mugs on etc. Also hangers in cupboard were for shirts and skirts and not one hanger for trousers. Strange! Breakfasts were good. Next door is the Fusion Boutique Hotel with its...

We have stayed here on various occasions and can still compliment the reception staff on great service . It can get very noisy with the traffic in the street next door. The room decor haven't changed for years and the aircons are totally outdated. Beds are clean and the Saskia restaurant is conveniently right next door . Breakfast is included...

This hotel is really grand and it felt like VIP or royalty treatment. The rooms are clean and well decorated, as are the reception and eating areas. We ate in a small side-room which was decorated and felt really special, whilst also being private. The food was excellent and the service was great. I have very few things to complain...

I went to Polokwane on business a few months ago and I was excited to stay at the Cycad as I had heard a lot of good things about the place. I loved the decor, the service was good and the rooms were beautifully appointed. I had just one problem - the air-conditioners in the rooms were totally ineffective and...
