This camp is one of the best in the Kruger National Park. We had a 2-night stay in a chalet overlooking the mighty Olifants River. The views and peacefulness from these units is unforgettable. The units have been structured in such a way that they provide for a lot of privacy, which is not always the case at the other...

Our family of 4 have just spent 3 nights at Olifants after 3 nights at Shingwedzi. Olifants is a fantastic camp that has views over the Olifants River. The camp is clean and neat and the accommodation is very good. We stayed in a chalet with 3 single beds and the camp provides another mattress for the younger child. It's...

And it just keeps getting better! Wonderful hospitality and keen and happy staff. Newly refurbished bungalows are a pleasant surprise, although this has always been the most pristine camp, immaculate ! Will keep coming back again and again. We had a best view bungalow again as we book well in advance to secure this. It never disappoints.

We stayed one night at Olifants and had a rondavel overlooking the river. The beds were clean and the shower forceful and hot ! Very welcome after a long day game spotting along the Olifants river. We were lucky enough to see lots of animals in this area. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, on the raised deck overlooking...

There are not many family units at this camp. Wanting a river view we booked unit 14 far in advance and the view certainly did not disappoint. We were however surprised to discover the unit consisted of two separate rooms (14a and 14b) separated by an open patio area. While the patio affords a level of privacy which the other...

This was the only camp we stayed 2 nights in. It was a good place to relax after 5 days of driving from the South section of the park. Its is a bit quiet, animal sighting wise, because there are fewer roads than at other camps but the view is not to be missed; and it is one of the...

We stayed at Olifants for 6 nights from the 25th March until the 1st of April. This was our First time at Kruger and Olifants. We were 4 Adults and Two kids under 6. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and having the AC helped. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was as described by the SANparks Website. The...

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the 4 rooms designated to have the best views of the river (room 10). The room was adequate: fairly small but with toilet, shower and air conditioning which all worked well. The view was amazing and the location of the camp in the centre of the park all served to make it good...

We had a lovely stay at the Olifant Rest Camp! From other reviews I expected the camp to be more rustic. Yes, the huts are old, but they are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were wonderful! The grounds were lovely and the views were gorgeous! I would highly recommend this spot!

We spent two nights in Lebombo Guest house, we were a family of 5 and loved the fact that each couple got their own room and bathroom quite secluded from others. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds comfortable. We loved the view of the river from the house and watched the Elephant, Giraffe, Hippo's and numerous buck from...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Guests that visit Olifants will be exposed to an unforgettable window of Africa. The camp is situated a top a hill which towers several hundred feet over the Olifants river.
