Private suite with very good facilities overlooking dry riverbed with small waterhole that was visited by rhinos, buffalos a giraffe and impala. Game drives in early morning and in the evening provided viewing opportunities for all of the big 5, although leopards were a little shy. Good catering facilities, more than anyone could possibly eat. Would definitely like to return...

We were there for 4 nights . We took Game drives every day at dawn and dusk. We missed nothing, including the big 5 the first drive. Staff is great , accommodations are more than fine but please don't expect absolute perfection as you are in the bush. Food and wines were as good as you can get short of...

This is what a safari is all about. Super nice rooms, amazing staff, 6+ hours of safaris each day on a private reserve inside Kruger Park. Seeing isn't what a safari is all about. It also involves experiencing the life of animals in the bush. We sat and watched a leopard defending itself from lions in a tree, while carrying...

Located in the middle of the park is Jocks. The rooms were beautiful. All private, outdoor showers, private pool and lounges, queen sized day bed over looking the bush and hence, animals. Saw giraffes, elephants and others from our bedroom. Saw moneys while showering. Food was plentiful and always very good. The rangers were all very nice and took care...

Saw the big 5 at every game drive. The magic was the wild dog cubs as well as the pride of 12 lions lounging and the African sky brilliant with stars --- magic. The elephants with young trumpeting warnings was just great! Spotting a pair of honey badgers trying to subdue a monitor lizard was special sighting! Eish -- how...

Lodgings are individual fenced areas with outdoor shower, plunge pool, deck with chaise lounge. Inside is spacious and romantic. There is maid service multi times a day. Food is amazing and copious. The first morning we ate at the breakfast buffet and then realized that was just "appetizers" for the cooked breakfast. Naomi, the hostess, was SO charming and helpful....

Our first safari experience and the game drives were incredible. Saw all the Big Five several times and much more. Our ranger, Micah, was extremely good at locating wildlife - day or night. Memorable experience! The staff was extremely hospitable. Food was delicious and plentiful. Room was comfortable, even the outdoor shower. :) My husband and I loved Jock Safari...

Today is our last day at Jocks having spent an incredible four days here. Our ranger has been simply awesome (Micah) - he has been friendly, approachable and has a very dry sense of humour. His knowledge and ability to spot animals has given us the best wildlife experience we could have hoped for and more. This was our first...

Where do I start? Stayed 3 nights. Accomodation was incredible, the room itself is beautiful, outdoor shower (where I managed to see a hyena one morning showering), private plunge pool and a gorgeous day bed where you can watch the wildlife. BEST THING OF ALL the staff. Every single person working at Jocks was kind, caring, so thoughtful and always...
